Some examples of these foods are cabbage, beans, onions, cauliflower, bread, broccoli, apples, potatoes, sprouts, and more. These foods are rich in cellulose or starch that is hard to break down. The undigested food reaches the large intestine where it can produce excessive stomach gas. Foods that are rich in fiber, dairy products, spicy foods, fried foods, and fatty foods are also part of problematic foods. These foods vary from one person to another.

- Use fennel oil to massage your stomach with before bedtime.
